try Katzenbach partners. they are very small and growing fast, so the hiring is on a tight leash. but they are headed by an ex-McKinsey guy who is a leader in org. practice and change management and leadership development. I know that a few of their flagship repeat clients are healthcare companies too, so that may match as well. |
