Is it true that companies like McK, Bain and BCG make very similar offers (base salary + sign on bonus) to fresh MBA candidates regardless of their school? for instance someone from Kellogg or Wharton would get an offer about the same as a person from NYU, Yale or even G'Town..?
I have heard that most of the offers are fixed and may involve slight changes for different work experience etc.. is this true?
