When I was at LEK, they had a nearly a flawless record of putting people into HBS. They handed out a sheet during my recruiting year that showed that 10 of the 12 Associates from Boston, LA and Chicago in business school were at Harvard (the other two, believe it or not, were one each at Wharton and Stanford).
They've historically had much better placement (on a per capita basis) than almost any other firm... primarily because they are extremely selective to begin with (the kind of people who would get into Harvard, irrespective) and nearly all of their Associates do international assignments.
