I totally disagree that Strategy houses will find you. As a Search Consultant with over 10 years experience within Professional Services (The last 5 within Consultancy), I have relationships with a number of Recruiters within the leading global strategy houses (Based out of the UK) who accept CV's on a speculative basis. The firm that I manage is also a retained search firm that does however work with Top Tier Candidates on a speculative basis.
