i had a pretty bad interview too.. last week.. when did you interview?
i only had two ppl interview me.. one staff.. the other, well he didn't introduce himself to me, so I'm not sure if he was staff as well.. he seemed like a consultant though.

the staff worker introduced herself and was cordial throughout the entire process. There was also a white guy who didn't introduce himself, but started asking questions during the interview. If anything, I got the sense that he's the one with the hiring powers. Make sure to make eye contact with him and acknowedge his presence.
