is it to get an offr from LEK from undergrad, or to transfer into LEK |

How hard is it to get an offer from undergrad?
- It's very competitive, just as with any other strat firm. LEK typically hires from Ivy's and the like. It'll be hard to even get an interview if you're not from a top-tier school.
Getting into MBA:
- LEK from my understanding has a good reputation with the top B-schools. You mentioned Accenture and Cap. I'd say in general you have an advantage over someone applying from there. However, compared to Booz, or even Accenture strategy, you're pretty even -- perhaps slightly better due to LEK's smaller size, which MIGHT give it an image of being more prestigious. I'd also note that the work at LEK is highly quantitative, which could be a plus for certain B-schools.
