I interviewed with them and receieved an offer as well. The people at AA were very distinct from the other Big 5. A very good mix of people and the company has a stronger culture than the others. The strong culture has not been diluted since AA has not expanded through acquisitions/mergers like the other Big 5 firms. |

I work for a boutique strategy firm and I am currently working on an engagement at a client company that has hired AA to help with their finance department. In my day to day interactions (and I am managing a team of them right now), I have found their "9-5, you should answer my questions" attitude really unpolished.
