A potentially stupid question: should one state Mensa membership in resume? Previously I would never have put it there but I heard that consultancies occasionally even ask for your GMAT results. |

Short answer: include it and be proud.
Long answer:
I would include Mensa if you're resume is sparse or if you are an "active" member. I'm not sure if this is true, but someone once told me that to become part of Mensa all you have to is take a test...there are no member responsibilities.
Be forewarned that candidates who have listed Mensa and SAT and GMAT scores on their resume are often made fun of. Basically, the mentality is "who does this hotshot think s/he is?" because it makes people feel bad about their own abilities. It's not right but I've seen it happen time and time again. It may make you seem arogant.
