I have a non-immigrant status (i.e. F-1). Although I'm eligible to work for any employer in the U.S. for a year (F-1, Practical Training), I will need to change that for H-1/B in the future. Do I have any real chance to break into the Big5 consulting firms?
Please share your experience/knowledge. Maybe, I'm wasting precious resources pursuing this?
Regards,
Max

Some of Big 5 firms do sponsor for H1-B. For sure, Deloitte and CapGeminiEY. As fas as I know, neither AA nor Accenture do.
