I have a masters in public administration with a concentration in public finance...I have no work experince besides working in law. Would additional classes in MBA classes make me more attractive? |

I am a HH and I would say that taking additional MBA classes will not help your chances of getting an interview (although they would help you pass the case interviews). Only the MBA itself will help. However, several firms hire non-MBA's - i.e. McK, Mercer, Accenture, BAH. You would have to join at an entry level (go through campus recruiting) or you would need a "spike" in a particular industry - i.e. energy, consumer products, etc.
You may want to approach BAH government practice - not a lot of fun, but its consulting.
