ADL is run by a few hundreds of entrepreneur-minded consultants who are specialists in their own areas. It has been in a near-death situation since its inception 100 years ago.
ADL may have financial difficulties as it has invested significantly in c-quential (ADL Internet consulting arm) which failed to be listed on Nasdaq.
ADL have been talking about spinning off the Management Consulting unit since 1990s. Although many strategy boutique firms founders have their early days at ADL - ie Founders of BCG, Bain, Mar - ADL must conclude it commitment to strategy consulting. |
