On 3/3/01 Financial Times published an article stating that Arthur D Little released a statement to its staff warning them about cash-flow problems and other problems withing the various business lines. Could someone from the inside please summarize what was said in the official statement? According to the article, ADL also mentioned a need for "reorganization" of the managment consulting division. What exactly do they mean by "reorganization"? Are they implying that there will be layoffs or office closings
