Hi,
I have been checking out the Mars and Co section of Vault.com. It seems as though the firm has a good reputation, but the message boards are full of nasty posts. Does anyone have a realistic view of the company - type of work, clients - are interactions between employees good - how is the company perceived by the industry?

Haven't seen the boards but I have worked there. In one of the Australian units though - as a graduate marketing manager. High salaries (by FMCG standards), big responsibilities (but not excessive hours), lots of overseas opportunities, and marketing excellence. Quality in everything really - i.e. manufacturing, R & D standards, etc. Like any big organisation there are politics, so get used to that. If you are marketing based it's great on your resume.
