I have a non-immigrant status (i.e. F-1). Although I'm eligible to work for any employer in the U.S. for a year (F-1, Practical Training), I will need to change that for H-1/B in the future. Do I have any real chance to break into the Big5 consulting firms?
Please share your experience/knowledge. Maybe, I'm wasting precious resources pursuing this?

Most Big Five and other consulting companies will sponsor you for a H1 visa -- don't worry about it.
