After some totally crappy weather, the sun goddess returned to her home in SoCali and dude the weather these past few weeks has been awesome. I??ve been going to the beach with some new friends I made. One of them just got laid off his dot com, and the others are still in college. Anyhow one of them scored some killer Herb and we ended up hanging out all day and getting totally baked out of our minds (??and I don??t mean by the sun, for all u stiff types.) They kept asking me about my job, because none of them could believe I was still getting paid. This is just between us, but I think I may have interested them in joining KPMG when *they* graduate too.
So I??m sorry I haven't really had time to write you guys, loafing around all day is harder than it looks! Also, the techie guys at work had my freakin computer, I??ll have to tell you about that little tale tomorrow?? later boys and girls.
ROCK ON!

P.S. From now on I will be posting under my new Vault Member Name K-boy. Those partners may look harmless sitting there on the phone all day in their Aeron chairs with their Vaio laptops, but believe me, they can be vicious little chits[sic]! I mean who knows what they could be capable of! So for security purposes, as the network admins like to say at ??The Firm??, new posts will be under my new name.

I've been enjoying a life of leisure for about a month now, well maybe even two months or so since i've been on a serious project.
On one especially memorable week I visited three museums, a trade show on CRM (hey, old habits die hard - I picked up a little deloitte toy truck), and an auto show (chicago).
Its true that one should be proactive - i've helped with numerous proposals and am always willing to help out if anyone is actually doing anything.
I've explored my entire neighborhood for lunch specials (wow! great deals!),visited book shops for hours, hung out at a wine cafe in the afternoon (boss calls on mobile, "hey, what's that music in the background?")
