Greetings,
I would appreciate hearing about the hiring of those with extensive industry experience. I have an MBA from Wharton and 15 years of experience (primarily in the aerospace defense industry and with emerging technology firms).
What opportunities exist at strategy consulting firms like McKinsey, Bain, BCG, etc. for those considering a career change into consulting?

Similar question: Columbia MBA with 5 yrs at Fortune 50 company doing marketing strategy...what is the path to get into consulting from here? Most of the consulting websites and books target newly graduated MBAs. Are there any particular companies that are gear more towards experienced hires?
