I've been working at Accenture as an analyst for 6 months, and am about to apply for a business analyst position at Mercer mc office that just opened up in my country. I know it's not advisable for anyone to move on to another job within such a short period of time, but now i'm stuck in a two-year-long solution package delivery project for a consumer bank that's very technology-intensive (mostly intense coding), and find myself chronically allergic to coding, see no other alternatives at Accenture, and also it's way off my career goals in next ten years - (MC-MBA-IB). Any tips to ideally justify my move on resume or interviews for Mercer?
