I have an offer from GS and also from Bain, which firm do you think prepares you better for admission into business school?. Thanks

They both look great on your resume and application, but I think Bain is more helpful in the long run. However, I'm a little biased, having worked at Bain after undergrad and being now in b-school.
Having said that, based on my interactions at school with former GS people, GS is very focussed and trains you well to do your job. However, Bain trains you on how to work with people, how to view problems, lots of analysis, etc. You come into b-school with a larger knowledge base. GS people know what things are in Capital Markets class, but they can't tell you how to calculate them. Coming from Bain, you will probably struggle in Capital Markets (unless you took it in undergrad), but other classes such as decision science, organizational behavior, accounting are relatively easy.
