Mike if you are good at what you do, if you have succeeded in the consulting world long enough to know where exactly to draw the line in the sand, and respect yourself enough not to cross it - DONT do it. There's better companies for you.
If you are green, and want to learn the real ins and outs of consulting, repleat with all the evils - go for it. Good luck!
