I finished a JD/MBA at a good school. I practiced law for a while. Being a lawyer is hell. Save yourself while you still can. Of the 12 other JD/MBAs I graduated with, only 2 are still lawyers. They hate it but feel trapped. Run while you can. |

i agree that law will not get you into the MC ranks. i know MANY lawyers trying to make the jump and it is very difficult without an MBA or other such biz background.
