i'm certain it's the same process as the states- resume, cover letter and/or essays (in english) . 2-3 interviews in Korean (and probably some english).

Thanks "someone" for your response. I know that competition in getting into the big players of the consulting field (e.g. McK, Bain, etc.) is extremely fierce in the U.S. Is that the same for overseas branches? Also, what do they look for in their candidates, or is it pretty much the same across the board?
