I have been fortunate to get an offer for a Summer internship from both of these firms but am at a loss on which to pick...
My long-term (3-4 years out of my MBA) is to go into Private equity.
One part of me thinks that firm name is important (Booz)
Another says people are important.
Another says that Work is important. (LEK)
Any information and suggestions on how I should make this decision and the reasoning behind why you would pick one over the other would be of great help.

Sorry I can't help you make the decision on which to take, but as a Uni student in England with very serious intentions of applying to both Booz and LEK I would be very grateful if you would email me to say how you found it/a bit about your background.
