The Big 5 are roughly the same (in terms of work experience, and culture.) Sure, some lower tier Big 5ers (DC, CGEY) might treat their employees better simply because they have a harder time getting the top talent.
But, at the end of the day it's the same shit (travel, working at client sites, etc.) I've worked for DC and currently for Accenture. DC is much more caring, but the work experience is inferior and the brand name is definitely worse.
If all you care about in your career is a firm that cuddles their employees, then leave Accenture. BTW, on average Accenture partners make more than any other Big 5...that's a fact that nobody can dispute. |

I was wondering if u can help as you are currently working for AC.
I have an interview in London with them, and it is case study based and I have no clue what to expect.
Are there any hints you could give me?
I think the first one is a group one and the second one of a creative nature.
I would reaaaally appreciate any help...
