MarketBridge vs. Booz/McKinsey |

I currently have offers from MarketBridge and Booz. I'm also expecting an offer from McKinsey. I'm in a bind in terms of choosing the right firm for me. MarketBridge seems to have a greatk, close-nit and entrepreneurial culture. But it is a young company and relatively unknown (which probably doesn't help too much for B-School.) On the other hand Booz and McK are much more well respected, but I get the feel that the cultures are very different (in most probably a negative way.) Am I making too much of a big deal out of these issues?
