Mitchell Madison group were the darlings of the management consulting world in the mid-90's. The firm was young, full of energy and growing at an amazing pace. Now that greed and corporate mismanagement have destroyed this once-proud collection of professionals, I wonder what the legacy of this group is.
As a proud MMG alum (with a predilection for the nostalgiac) I'd love to hear from ex-MMGers, business school students and consultants from other strategy shops on the following topics...
1) What do you think of when you think of MMG?
2) How well-regarded are ex-MMGers in the consulting world? |

1) I think most BAs who first started working for MMG believed they were on the right track career-wise. The reality turned out to be something very different. Oh well...
2) However, talking to potential employers, I can tell you having MMG on your resume goes a long way.
