She will probably become incredibly productive and does not need to channel it to "more productive uses" remember, high level execs are all salespeople and social skills are most important Otherwise I take your point and add it to the mix, there is a cultural, motivational and genetic component to the ability to think abstractly.
Message: ...and allow me to rephrase my comment. By "more productive uses", I mean using her social skills and memorization abilities to become a successful salesperson, rather than memorizing Backstreet Boys songs and gossiping over the phone. Obviously, she's young and wont to doing those things, but over the next couple of years, we'll see how she evolves her talents. Thanks again for the response
