size:500-700 employees (not sure since they laid some off.

34 mil revenue is way too low for a company with 500-700 people and its revenue per consultant is atrocious. these are key financials. are you a risk taker? if so, go for emerald. if you cannot stand the thought of nor sustain being laid off in a couple months, go to a larger more established firm. you must weigh the risks and see if YOu are willing to take them.
