Because of my PeopleSoft higher education implementation experience I'm now being contacted about consulting opportunities. I don't know that much about consulting so why should I consider leaving higher ed for a job as a consultant? (besides the money - which some of the ranges have been incredible-I would not make that kind of salary if I spent the next 50 years in higher ed, but money isn't everything)
