In Reply To: Having lived in both (and being neither American or English) I can clearly say that London and NYC are very different cities. "London Smells"? Only better than NYC. You don't see garbage piled up on the streets like you do throughout NYC. Bad Weather - a bit of a myth really. It is often grey in the afternoons, but it hardly ever snows, and summers are great. The clubs - well, London is a city for Pubs rather than clubs. Each to their own I suppose. If you like a drink, London is THE city to live in. Everyone here drinks, and is a heck of a lot more relaxed about it than your average Yankee. Of course, this is all just my opinion!
Message: Let there be no mistake ... the weather in London sucks and the women are ugly. It does, however, have a pretty good club scene and is definetely worth living in for a few years. If you are looking to find a girl, don't move to London. If you are looking to have a cool international experience in an exciting city, I don't think that you will be disappointed.
