I worked for AC for 5 years and am now working at CGEY. AC is great as a bootcamp, but you can run into really bad managers more often then not. I left AC because the manager I had would not allow me to transfer to another project although we hated each other. He would swear at me and go crazy if I had a misspelled word in my emails. He was a true psycho.
At CGEY things are more laid back and unstructured. It's difficult to deliver on time because of the laid back culture.
Work life balance and pay are better at CGEY
