Many of the smaller shops tend to be a cult of personality -- and ego -- for the founding partner. Over the course of time, this lack of fresh perspective leads down a road to shitty work, and then progressively small time clients.
AVOID Richmark and Kuczmarski, both in Chicago. They're both run by major league assholes that drive off all talent so that they can always be the most intelligent person in the room... |
