choose boutique. your career can be just as fulfilling if not more. i chose the right path, i worked hard, got promoted quickly, pay is comparable and i had an incredible time doing it. |

are the same doors open to you in the future if you start off in a small, unknown company (i.e. grad school, higher level positions at other big firms)?
