I have offers from Big 5, top tier, and boutique consulting firms. I've been leaning towards one of the top tier firms, but keep thinking about accepting a boutique offer for the steeper learning curve, greater exposure to management, more responsibility, etc. This will be my first full time job. Any thoughts? |

choose boutique. your career can be just as fulfilling if not more. i chose the right path, i worked hard, got promoted quickly, pay is comparable and i had an incredible time doing it.
