Don't be fooled by the hype. Big 5 is all very well & looks great on the CV, but it could be a miserable experience. You will be one of a huge pool & there is a struggle to stay "noticed". However, you do also learn a lot & they tend to have very good trainig programmes. Choose your firm based on the people you have met & how well you feel you will fit in. Even between the Big 5 there are differnces in culture. Are you a "company man" who wants a rule book & clear direction, or do you want more scope to develop ideas & less support in terms of training & alummni?
