First off, who is Fathom Consulting????
CGEY's dust is settling and career opportunities are excellent, especially if you have knowledge around B2B technology (HTML, XML, VB, Java, etc.). It has always been my understanding that the culture at CGEY is better than AC and I can definitely agree with that from experience.
Bust your butt, make a name for yourself and your project(s), and watch the rewards come. However, be prepared to stay a couple of years. You have to show some loyalty first.
