I have offers for equivalent positions at ATK and Monitor (somewhere between analyst and associate). ATK is offering my first geographic choice, 15% more money, and one more week of vacation. However, Monitor seems to have a better reputation and much less travel. What should I do? |

If you want to do strat work, go to Monitor. Kearney's bread and butter is their operations, although they do some strat work as well. The culture at both firms is very good - down to earth, intelligent people.
