I have offers from Big 5, top tier, and boutique consulting firms. I've been leaning towards one of the top tier firms, but keep thinking about accepting a boutique offer for the steeper learning curve, greater exposure to management, more responsibility, etc. This will be my first full time job. Any thoughts? |

if they're even still around in 5 years, they'll want you when you are burned out from the big 5.
