Does anybody know anything about the culture, compensation scheme, and lifestyle at this firm? It was ranked #1 in the Inc. 500 fastest growing companies list. I have interviewed with the comapny and got along with everyone I met but its interviewing/hiring process leaves a lot to be desired. Any insights are welcome. |

I interviewed with them and was given nothing but praise from my resume and meetings but never received an offer. At the time my background didn't "fit any opps. they had." Had contact with them for several months afterward and nothing ever came about. It was like they wouldn't say "no, we're not interested" but said everything else that could have been implied as a "no" response. Also, follow up on e-mails and/or voice mail messages was non-existent. Very frustrating.
