Does anybody know anything about the culture, compensation scheme, and lifestyle at this firm? It was ranked #1 in the Inc. 500 fastest growing companies list. I have interviewed with the comapny and got along with everyone I met but its interviewing/hiring process leaves a lot to be desired. Any insights are welcome.
