Does your firm follow up and find out what happened to your recommendations? Just curious.
In fact, more broadly-- to what extent do consultancies in general follow up on clients-- collect evidence on what's worked and what hasn't-- and use that to refine their ways of working? Insider input much appreciated. |

It is rare to find the interest. In many respects the majority of those in the firm tend to apply the 'one best way' to consulting which, as we are all aware does not always lead to success and often requires intervention from the account manager.
