You should turn your attention to other firms if they are still recruiting this season.
McK will not hire you this year. The only scenario under which you can get an interview with another McK office is if your geographic location is as
distant from that office as from the one that turned you down. If this is the case, they may invite you directly to their office and skip the verification step. McKinsey recruiters do not always check their firm-wide databases, and another office may not verify whether you have already interviewed with the firm. However, if you live close to one of their offices, you are out of luck. Most likely this is the office that dumped you; this is where all of your future first-round interviews would be conducted. This office will cancel all invitations that you may receive from other offices. McK has a one firm recruiting policy: if one office dumps you, no other office should consider your candidacy.
Your participation in the Insight Program may work against you. If you mention this experience in your future McK applications, every sane recruiter will verify whether you made any attempts to join the firm and will quickly discover the truth. On the other hand all other firms will give you extra points
for the Insight Program, so you should try them.
If you really want to join McKinsey, ask people from the office that turned you down the following things: what skills would thay want you to improve and when will they accept your application next time. At least you will know what to work on, and you will have a clear goal.
