The markets will cool somewhat this year so hiring will be down but firms will still be hunting for talented MBA's. When I was an MBA I just basically wanted information on the firm. These days it's a bit more complicated. What sort of things do MBA's look for in firms during recruiting, what type of information what type of on campus activities? It would be interesting to have the information flow more than one way.
