I've been working in London in Management Consulting as Analyst for a couple of years by now. I think it's time to go back home and I would like to get some ideas about the culture, workload, type of work, etc in the Madrid offices of the main management consulting firms

I'm also interested in any info/perspectives on working in Madrid, how fluent do you need to be in spanish? what are the real core skills needed? Please post if you have any info, I am considering a major career move from san fran to madrid.
