Recently, I was invited by McK to participate in one of their Insight Programs. As a non-traditional candidate, I found the program very useful and the consultants associated with the event extremely helpful and courteous. I made it through to the final round interviews, but unfortunately was not offered a job (the result of a very bad day and an extremely tough case question!).
Being a newcomer to the industry, what other management consulting companies should I now pursue ( I would really like to work in this industry)? Who would be willing to hire such a reject? Is another McK office now out of the question?
