I just received an offer and was hoping to get some advice about how good it is.
the offer is from a small boutique pharma consulting firm in the boston area. I am finishing up my PhD.
the offer is:
base salary: 62k
target bonus: 20% (up to 40% max)
signing bonus: 3k
Is this a good offer? either in general or for boutique firms? or for a entry level phds, if anyone knows? also, is it normal for an offer to be so heavily dependent on bonus?
any thoughts would be appreciated.
