Message:	I work as a consultant for Monitor; our 401K plans here are not matched. I've heard that LEK also does not match 401K contributions. Just out of curiousity, does anyone know if this is the industry standard-- or are there any consulting companies that do match 401K plan contributions? (If so, then asking management to reconsider their policy on matching would be the next step.) Thanks.
