what schools are on your resume? My advise is true of all but a handful of "almost there" schools that the firms just don't have time to recruit at but would if they could. I've discussed it with the Partner who handles experienced hires in my office, and he confirms that the callback rate is under 1%. |

A school which MBB recruits from. I applied online because I was not in school anymore.
Perhaps the reason why the callback rate for online apps is low is that the number of 'qualified' candidates who apply through that channel is low.
Whether you apply online or offline is irrelevant as long as you've got the 'goods' - good school, grades and some interesting experience.
