... the non-competition agreement section has got me thinking: It says I won't be able to work for another Employer in a similar field for at least one year after leaving the to-be Employer...
Do firms actually uphold this? What if I after two years time I wanna switch to a different firm? Do I really have to wait a year before working as a consultant elsewhere?
Any input is appreciated.
