Let's make it clear. This is a viewpoint of Europeans, not non-americans. To Asians, it is absurd to put INSEAD & especially LBS above Kellogg, MIT, Chicago & Columbia. From an Asian point of view, I think the standing should be:
best of the best:
Harvard/Stanford
best:
Wharton/Kellogg/MIT
second best:
Chicago/Columbia
European alternative best:
INSEAD/LBS
As each school has a strong area, I don't think it makes much sense to determine which one comes before which. Above categorization is soley based on their overal brand recognition in Asia - and in Asia, that really matters!
