What kind of job experience do Top-10 business programs like ?
I am completing my undergraduate degree and have offers from Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Scient and Viant. Which one will look the best on my B-school application ?
I need some perspective on this.

The question is not which company will look the best on my B-school application. You should ask yourself : How am I going to use the experience of the following 2/3/4 years in my work to better strengthen my application? Its important where you work, but is more important what you say in your essays, leadership abilities, etc, etc.
I personally worked for Procter&Gamble, Banco Santander and an investment bank before applying. I had a lot of experience, but when I started to plan my essays it took me various weeks to design a compelling 'selling' strategy for myself.
After all the application process, I can tell you that is key to analyze in-depth what you do at your work, and how is this unique for a MBA-classroom.
